CS Gaming Hub facilitates the trading of CS2 skins. The delivery of skins will be processed through Steam trade offers or other specified methods. You are responsible for providing the correct Steam trade information.

We make reasonable efforts to process transactions and deliver skins promptly, but we do not guarantee any specific delivery timeframe. Delays may occur due to verification processes, high transaction volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

4.4 Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items purchased from our Site pass to you upon delivery of the item to the agreed-upon delivery method.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by CS Gaming Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CS GAMING HUB DURING THE PAST THREE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CS Gaming Hub and its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, publicity, confidentiality, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices and agreements published by CS Gaming Hub, constitute the entire agreement between you and CS Gaming Hub concerning the Services.
